I felt compelled to write and thank you for the service that I received from your company when I decided to sell my house in May of this year, at a time when the credit crunch was starting to take effect and house sales had come to a standstill.

I found your site incredibly user-friendly, it was easy to upload my house details and photographs and having had a For Sale board placed at my property on the Friday, I was under offer to a cash buyer – at the asking price – by the Saturday afternoon. My buyer had chosen the area they wanted to live in and were driving round looking for properties for sale when they saw the board, checked the details online and booked a viewing – all in the same day.

I completed on my new property in the middle of August, having saved £7500 in estate agents fees – receiving absolute value for money from your site. Our seller had to pay £9500 for the privilege of selling me their property.
