The property particulars on this website, whilst believed to be accurate, are provided by the owners or agents of the owners of the properties and are intended for guidance only. These details are displayed in good faith and they do not constitute or form part of any offer or contract. Whilst we check all submissions for accuracy we offer no warranty or take any responsibility for the accuracy of the information supplied and first4sale.com will not be held liable for any loss or damage howsoever arising from the use of this information. We recommend you have the information independently verified and that before entering into any transaction you seek professional and legal advice.

By advertising on this website you warrant that: -

The property descriptions and photographs you supply are a true and accurate reflection of the property and are not misleading in any way.
You have permission to use any photographs you have submitted and such submissions will not breach any copyright.
You shall indemnify first4sale.com in respect of any claim, costs and expenses arising out of any infringement of copyright, other rights of ownership or for any other reasons whatsoever, incurred by publishing material you have supplied and in respect of any deliberately misleading information you may have given which we have subsequently published.
Any property details you submit become the copyright of first4sale.com.and you grant us permission to publish and market these details on your behalf.
If you have an agreement with an estate agent you have checked the terms of your agreement. first4sale.com will not be liable for any commission you may have to pay the agent as a result of selling your property by using our services.
You agree to change the status of your property to Sold stc once you have accepted an offer.

We will check the content of all submissions for errors and suitability and we reserve the right to edit or refuse any submissions.

Our Service
By purchasing services from first4sale.com we undertake to provide the following: -

A dedicated property minisite advertisement on the first4sale.com web site.
A private messaging centre for you to communicate with buyers and sellers.
A viewings calendar enabling you to set out times you are available to show your property
The facility for you to amend your property listing.
Resources to help you with various aspects of the selling process.

We will advertise your property for 60 days from the date of publication of your property advertisement. Thereafter you may renew your subscription every thirty days free of charge until your property is sold. The renewal is intended to keep our property database up to date. A reminder email allowing you to renew your subscription will be sent to your registered email address. Failure to renew your subscription could result in cancellation of your subscription and the termination of all services. If your email address is unobtainable or you fail to respond within seven days, we reserve the right to cancel your subscription.

Any service provided on an 'until sold' basis is subject to review by first4sale.com one year after registration and we reserve the right to terminate such services.

If you take a package that includes advertising on external web sites you acknowledge that the layout of your advertisement and the number of photographs published will be subject to the formats of these external sites and that your advertisement may not be available on all of the sites concurrently or continuously. Publication on these sites is governed by their operating procedures and conditions and any changes they may impose. Therefore we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or indefinite publication on these sites and your advertisement may be subject to change or cancellation. You should allow up to 5 days for your property details to be published on such sites and this also applies to any amendments that you may make.

Properties may be listed until sold on the first4sale.com website but we cannot guarantee the same on external sites.

We may change any of the websites we use for our external marketing at any time and without prior notice. No refund shall be given should we no longer use a site advertised at the time of your property submission.

Allow up to 7 working days for publication of Virtual Tours. Prices quoted for Virtual Tours are for the UK excluding Northern Scotland, certain parts of Wales, and properties not in mainland UK. These locations may carry a surcharge and we will inform you of the amount of such surcharges if they arise. Hosting of Virtual Tours is provided by a third party company for a maximum duration of 12 months.

The viewings and follow up service shall be provided for a maximum of 20 viewings or 6 months.

Allow up to 7 working days for delivery and installation of a 'For Sale' board. Our contractors cover the whole of the UK and Northern Ireland. In exceptional circumstances there may be an extra charge levied for properties in remote locations. If this is the case we will notify you beforehand. Should you not wish to pay the supplemental charge, we will refund the cost of the 'For Sale' board service.

Please allow up to 48 hours for your property details to be published on the first4sale.com website.

Refund Policy
Our services are considered to be fully delivered on activation or publication of your property advertisement on the first4sale.com website.

You may cancel your subscription within 24 hours of payment and you will receive a full refund.

No refund will be made after 24 hours of payment and continuance of services thereafter is deemed to be free of charge.

Due to the nature of the internet, interruptions of service may occur as a result of circumstances beyond our control. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted error free access to our website or the websites of our external advertising partners. Therefore, no refunds will be given for temporary or permanent loss of service howsoever arising, including but not limited to the first4sale.com website and any external websites used for advertising being unavailable for whatever reason.

Our liability will be limited to a sum equal to the value of the advertising fee received.

No refunds will be given if your property is deleted as a consequence of your failure to activate your free subscription renewal.

first4sale.com will not be liable to you in any respect in the event that the company ceases to trade for whatever reason.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in this website belong to RKO Online Ltd.

Any rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.

These terms of use shall be subject to and governed by English Law.

We reserve the right to change these terms of use at any time without prior notice. The revised terms will come into effect as soon as they are displayed on the website.
